Refund Policy

Your Bridge to Italy is a service of My Italian Lineage, LLC.

We want you to feel confident before you pay anything. That’s why every membership begins with a 7-day free trial that gives you full access to everything. If Your Bridge to Italy isn’t right for you, simply cancel before your trial ends and you won’t be charged.

If you cancel a paid membership, your cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you keep full access until then. You will not be charged again after you cancel.

For your security, all payments are processed in a secure environment by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the merchant of record. In some regions, local law may give you additional cancellation or refund rights, and nothing in this policy removes any right you have under the law that applies to you. Their policy is to afford a minimum 14 day refund window starting from the day of payment.
